Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
JENSEN Braun is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Engineer to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of our industrial laundry equipment product lines. This role is responsible for managing the engineering process from new product development through manufacturing support to ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality machines.

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial equipment with consideration for safety, reliability, manufacturability, maintenance, shipping, installation, and cost
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation including drawings, tolerances, specifications, quality standards, and service documentation
- Conduct design verification using finite element analysis (FEA), fatigue analysis, and other testing methods as required
- Coordinate and perform prototype testing to validate product form, fit, and function
- Support Manufacturing, Sales, Parts, and Service departments with engineering expertise
- Manage and document engineering changes through the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process
- Collaborate within a team environment to manage schedules and coordinate project activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field required
- Knowledge of engineering design principles, manufacturing processes, and project management techniques
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience with 3D CAD software required; SolidWorks and Inventor experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience:
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software such as SolidWorks Simulation, COSMOS, or ANSYS
- Microsoft Project experience
- Industrial equipment or manufacturing environment experience
