POSITION SUMMARY:
JENSEN Braun is seeking a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations at JENSEN Braun. This role ensures the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective management of financial systems and controls. The Financial Controller serves as a key partner to leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead accounting functions including general ledger, AP, AR, and month-end close
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
- Maintain internal controls and policies
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis
- Manage cash flow and treasury functions
- Provide financial guidance to leadership
- Lead and develop accounting team
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Leadership experience in finance/accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
- Experience with financial systems and tools

SALARY: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 / year
