ISO 9001

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world's largest developer of quality standards.  These standards contribute to making the development, manufacturing and supply of products and services more efficient, safe and cleaner.  Surveillance audits are mandatory every 3 years in which a certified company must pass to retain ISO certification.  We have an independent third party audit us every year and we elect to go through the recertification process every two years.

In August of 2005, Braun became the first such certified laundry equipment manufacturer in the United States.  Since then, for each audit, Braun has passed with zero non-conformances.
